Als Business Controller bij IAI industrial systems B.V. werk je binnen een bedrijf dat volop in beweging is en waar je kan meewerken aan de groei en ontwikkeling van de gehele organisatie. IAI industrial systems B.V. is een zelfstandig bedrijfsonderdeel van de beursgenoteerde onderneming DOCDATA N.V. in Waalwijk (www.docdatanv.com) en is wereldwijd georiënteerd vanuit vestigingen in Veldhoven en Thalheim (Duitsland). De Business Controller rapporteert aan de Financieel Directeur. Bij IAI industrial systems B.V. vervul je een key positie bij het analyseren van business performance, kostprijsberekeningen, opstellen van financiële rapportages, internal control, consolidatie en het adviseren van de Financieel Directeur. Je wordt uitgedaagd om je breed te ontwikkelen en je bent betrokken bij het initiëren en onderbouwen van diverse projecten en business cases. De ideale kandidaat heeft een HBO+/WO opleiding, 4 tot 7 jaar relevante werkervaring in een projectgestuurde organisatie en de juiste drive en ambitie om mee te bouwen aan de verdere groei en verdere professionalisering van de onderneming.

Functieomschrijving
• Het assisteren bij de maandafsluitingen in samenwerking met de Financieel Directeur en de financiële administratie;
• Analyseren en opstellen van maandelijkse managementrapportages;
• Het mede opstellen en bewaken van het budget op afdelingsniveau;
• Ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van diepgaande business- en projectanalyses;
• Periodieke gestructureerde informatievoorziening aan de operationele organisatie en aan het management team;
• Opstellen en onderhouden van de calculatie- en kostprijsmodellen;
• Het voorbereiden van de informatie en data welke benodigd zijn bij de controles door de externe accountants, fiscalisten en adviseurs;
• Het risicomanagement systeem verder helpen ontwikkelen en bewaken in samenwerking met de groepscontroller; het houden van toezicht op de betrouwbaarheid van managementinformatie en informatiebronnen;
• Mede invulling geven aan de optimale inrichting van de administratieve organisatie en interne controle, inclusief ‘tax control framework’.

Je achtergrond
• Een afgeronde HBO+ / WO opleiding met een Bedrijfseconomische richting, (Technische Bedrijfskunde, Business Administration);
• Minimaal 4 tot 7 jaar relevante werkervaring binnen Finance, accountancy of controlling;
• Werkervaring opgedaan binnen een projectgestuurde organisatie is een pré;
• Ervaring met ERP-pakketten (bij voorkeur ISAH);
 









• Conceptueel denkvermogen maar ook ‘hands on’ mentaliteit;
• Proactief, ondernemend, initiatiefrijk, gedreven, accuraat;
• Communicatief vaardig en resultaatgericht;
• Ervaring met het uitvoeren van een planning & control cyclus;
• Goede beheersing van het Nederlands, Engels en Duits in woord en geschrift;
• Zelfstandig werken en invulling weten te geven aan deze nieuwe functie.
