Het voorgaande laat onverlet dat ter promotie promotionele acties mogen worden gehouden, mits deze voldoen aan deze Gedragscode, de Gedragscode Promotionele Acties, de Gedragscode SMS Dienstverlening, de Nederlandse Reclame Code, Wet oneerlijke handelspraktijken, alsmede de geldende en relevante wet- en regelgeving.



Indien u het niet eens bent met bovenstaand verzoek van het Loket, dan heeft u de mogelijkheid om hiertegen in beroep te gaan bij de Commissie Handhaving conform artikel 18 sub i of l Gedragscode betaalde Mobiel Internet Diensten.
Indien geen of geen tijdig gevolg wordt gegeven aan bovenstaand verzoek van het Loket, heeft het Loket de mogelijkheid om een verzoek tot handhaving in te dienen bij de Commissie Handhaving.
