Senior Field Service Engineer

Reports to Service Manager

Key responsibilities - Independent performing installations, modifications / upgrades, maintenance and repairs for customers;
- lnstrueren and supporting users and local service personnel
- Report of fault causes and suggesting improvements.
- testing of equipment;
- Work according to procedures and specifications
Core - Performing preventative and corrective maintenance on customer location
- 2- 3rd line customer support from Veldhoven,
- Conversion, aligning, adjusting and testing systems ;
- Recognize and report defects and deficiencies in systems or maintenance procedures
- Preparation / checking of service documentation and work -and
control regulations;
- Define tools and spare assy to improve uniformity and increase uptime;
- Implement Factory and Site Acceptance Tests;
- Supervising production start-up;
- Training of operators and service technicians at the customer
- Structural reporting activities in the field
- Trends signaling, such as the steesds re-adjusting functions or failure of components, and this reporting to service Manager.
- Specific tasks assigned by SM as tool management, knowledge base management, etc.
