- Definieren tools en spare assy ter verbetering van uniformiteit en verhoging van up-time;
- Uitvoeren van Factory en Site Acceptance Tests;
- Begeleiden van productie start-up;
- Trainen van operators en service technici bij de klant;
- Structureel rapporteren van werkzaamheden in het veld;
- Trends signaleren, zoals b.v. het steesds opnieuw afregelen van functies of uitvallen van componenten, en dit rapporteren aan Service Manager.
